Updated: New Skincare Routine

Disebabkan aku dah lama tak post any review dah nak dekat berapa bulan dah, so dengan tak ada ideanya aku buat my latest skincare routine. This time, my skincare routine that I'm practicing now is actually not my favourite sebab ada pros and cons dia. But oh well, let's just stick to the topic shall we!

1. Cleanser/Face Wash

Did you know this one is of my favourite? Dah berapa tahun aku stick to this cleanser. Actually it does not do much pun. Perasan tak kulit kita ada masa-masa dia tiba-tiba tak sesuai pakai suatu produk contohnya cleanser yang kita dah berbulan-bulan pakai, tup tupp bila pakai rasa lain, macam tak sesuai. Aku pernah rasa macam tu. Aku pernah rasa nak tukar cleanser ni because I tend to get bored by the same product and dia macam tak rasa miracle masa dulu pakai. If you're wondering, that is actually your skin yang react. Maybe your skin reacted to the product that you recently use ke, or the sheet mask you baru beli, the serum or anything la might be the reason. And it depends on your situation, pollution ke, habit suka pegang muka ke, many reasons to state here but as long as you know your skin better. I like this cleanser sebab berbuih tak berbuih sangat. Haaa dia macam tu. Kalau tak suka berbuih jangan mix dengan air banyak sangat. The feeling after cleansing tu rasa selesa. Tak kering. Does not feel soapy atau rasa ketat kat muka. 

2. Toner

I LOOOOVVVEE TONER. After cleansing, aku pakai Simple toner guna cotton pad yang bulat tu. Nak tengok mana tau ada residue makeup or dirt kat cotton pad. Next, baru guna Hada Labo Hydrating Lotion to double up my hydrating game!! Dua-dua best. Simple best, Hada Labo pun best. Simple tekstur very watery compared to Hada Labo. Hada Labo pun watery jugak tapi dia pekat sikit tekstur dia n pakai sikit pun tak apa. Sebab dia rasa Hada Labo ni can spread very easy with a small amount of toner. Simple je aku rasa tk puehh letak sikit. Sebab dia rasa macam air. Kejap-kejap dah habis. Takut cannot last for a month or kalau nak kira paling lama, 2 months. So in my opinion, I prefer Hada Labo.

3. Eye cream

Yang ni aku baru pakai. Bekas memang kecil. Tapi harga dia ya rabbiii....

Tapi aku dapat offer RM70 daripada harga asal RM94, tak silap. This not a cream okay. Usually produk bawah mata keluarkan dengan tekstur cream-like. Tapi yang ni gel. Bagi sesiapa yang tengah mencari eye cream/eye product, beli yang tekstur gel macam ni. Aku suka tekstur gel kalau letak bawah mata. Sejuk, soothing, kalau letak benda ni kat peti ais boleh reduce the puffiness. Gel sifat dia cool compared to cream. Senang meresap. Setengah eye cream lambat meresap. Tapi yang ni belum lagi reduce my dark circle. We'll see in future.

4. Moisturizer

 

Ni pun baru pakai. Last one aku pakai moisturizer pudding cream from Pink by Pure Beauty. Yang tu dia dah rasa tak best sebab bau tak best. Bau macam bau ketibas hahahah

Tapi lupakan pasal ketibas ituu! Aku purchased this moisturizer sebab dia gel and sensitive pH. So macam kalau pH korang kurang mungkin this one boleh cover up your pH. So far pakai ni tiada masalah. Takda irritation. Sesetengah gel moisturizer best sebab cepat serap tapi satu je, selalu rasa pedih. Tak tau pedih pasaipa. Mesti adaaaa je rasa pedih tu. Tapi yang ni dia jaga.

5. Sunscreen/Sunblock

Ni yang terbaru tak silap. Mahal harga dia. Dalam RM40++ camtuu. Krim dia warna purple lavender. Bau wangi hokeyyy. I lurvee!! Tekstur dia macam cream-like. Bukan gel. Tapi senang meresap. And after korang apply kat muka, korang akan perasan finishes dia ada glitter sikit. Tak tau la benda tu bagus ke tak untuk kulit. So far okay.

Kesimpulannya di sini nak bagitau, routine kali ini is not the best. I got acne but I still can't figure out which product that cause me acne. Memula aku rasa sunscreen ni punca dia. Pastu aku stop using it. Aku pakai la skincare yang lain macam biasa. Tapi my acne still there even dah pakai ubat jerawat pun. Dia macam acne tu kecut pastu tumbuh balik. Is it the moisturizer? Is it the toner? Cleanser tu bagus. I use the cleanser macam biasa. Bila pakai, dia kecut sikit. Sikit je. I dont know which cause me the acne!!

Proper & New Skincare Routine

Heeloo. Just straight to the point, today I'm going to share my skincare routine. This is newly changed from the past routine. I think this one is proper routine that you can follow.

Alrite! First, for cleanser i'm still using Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser. My holy grail. I don wanna change it for any other cleansers. This one is good for me and the best.

Next, for toner I'm using from 2 different brands which are Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner and Hada Labo Gokujyun Blemish & Oil Hydrating Lotion.

Sometimes i use both at the same time, and sometimes i just use each one of them. I have tried Klairs for about a week or 2 weeks. My thoughts on this toner are of course i like it. The consistency of the product is quite thick compared to any toners, but its good tho. Your skin feels moisturized and hydrated. It absorbs super quick! No worries if you have an oily skin. Anddd, this toner has a smell. Smell like herbs. You might not gonna love it but its ok with me tho. I'm fine with it. I put this on sometimes with my palms and sometimes with cotton pad.

Now, let's hear about Hada Labo. I don know what to say because i dont think im gonna like it. Because it has an unpleasant smell. Smell like a very strong herbs in it. The consistency is watery. Dont use this product using a cotton pad, just use your palms instead. The finishing feeling when  put this on, i kinda think that it make my skin feels a little dry even though i'm an oily skin. But its ok. Its fine tho. 

After that, i put on this serum from The Ordinary (TO) Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%. Thank god this serum didn't make my skin dry because i heard a lot this one makes your skin dry. Ok, I'm not saying I'm loving it or I'm hating it....it just fine. Niacinamide is good if your concerns are having acne scars and dark spot. I guess it did rid of my scars because my skin is so clean & clear! I almost ran out of this serum so my next planning is i think i'm gonna buy another bottle of niacinamide & new bottle of glycolic acid. I'm gonna use them both to full glowingness!!!! 

Last step is, moisturizer from Pink by Pure Beauty Pudding Cream. It is soooo good with oily skin. Dont use much because a little goes a long way. Save your moisturizer. Dont use too much. 

The finishing feeling is very hydrated and moisturized on your skin. Makes your skin glow and smooth. I love it.

That's all folks for my skincare routine! Don't forget cleanser, toner & moisturizer are the basic skincare step you have to follow. Don't skip any of that. I have said this before that toner & moisturizer are not important if you have oily skin. Actually its important. I'm sorry my bad...don't listen to me on my past. HAHA

Review: Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser.

Lama lak rasanya abaikan blog ni. Kahkah. Ok tetiba nak buat review sikit pasal cleanser yang pastinya ramai yang kulit berminyak suka cleanser ni. I kulit berminyak and I love this cleanser!! Sebelum I pakai cleanser Neutrogena, I pakai yang Nano White Fresh foam cleanser. Since I have oily skin, I want a cleanser yang berbuih banyak sebab dia rasa puas hati tau bila kita cuci muka tu takda rasa berminyak. Cuma yang cons ialah dia akan rasa sedikit tegang pada kulit dan minyak akan keluar dengan cepat. Cleanser yang foamy ada SLS. Apa tu? Ha SLS ialah Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. SLS ni lah yang menyebabkan terjadinya cleanser tu berbuih. Orang yang kulit kering biasanya akan avoid this ingredient sebab dia akan mengeringkan kulit. 

Masa I pakai cleanser Nano White Fresh tu I ada moisturizer dia sekali. So tiap kali kalau rasa kering lepas cuci muka I apply moisturizer terus. Tapi sekarang moisturizer dia habis, and I ada benda lain yang wajib beli daripada moisturizer ni so I rasa nak skip moisturizer. Tapi orang lain jangan la rasa macam senang-senang je nak skip moisturizer jugak. Nak skip boleh, tapi kena tahu kulit muka kita macam mana. I lepas pakai Neutrogena, I rasa better je tak pakai moisturizer. Tapi masa pakai Nano White Fresh, I wajib pakai moisturizer. 

Ok kita terus kepada my honest review. Sebelum tu meh kita baca sedikit label/instructions/ingredients yang ada pada produk ni. Jommmmmmm.

Sebelum tu nak cerita macam mana boleh terfikir nak beli cleanser brand ni? Ok memula I tak tau pun brand Neutrogena ni sesuai untuk oily skin dan ramai oily skin yang suka. Actually i was looking for a cleanser that contains Salicylic Acid. I kat Guardian masa tu tengah godek-godek produk yang ada Salicylic Acid. SA ni sesuai untuk orang yang kulit berminyak, acne-prone, orang yang ada whitehead/blackhead. So masa kat guardian tu I perasan brand Himalaya yang Neem Face Wash kalau tak silap, pun ada SA. Tapi hati tergerak nak beli Neutrogena dan nak keluar daripada guardian cepat sebab lama sangat lepak dalam tu lol. Harga tak ingat.

Ni baru nak cerita review dia! Macam I cakap tadi, bila I pakai Neutrogena ni I skip moisturizer. Sebab dia tak rasa kering langsung. Cleanser ni deep clean kot, nak-nak pulak I cuci guna berus pobling. Tau tak pobling? Yang femes dulu tu kat ig. Ha pakai berus tu, lagi la deep clean kan. Pastu lagi satu, kedudukan SLS dalam ingredients adalah yang kedua, bermakna bahan tu kedua paling tinggi. So I syak mesti banyak buih dia and pasti kering. But nope! Series tak kering. Hari-hari i pakai pobling memang tak kering. Tu yang tiba-tiba i terpikir nak skip moisturizer. Sebab dia rasa moist kat kulit. Kalau nak cerita pasal pori-pori, tak ada perubahan apa-apa. I percaya yang peranan cleanser cuma nak membersih/mencuci je so i tak berharap pun pasal pori-pori. Kalau jerawat, yap dia surut. Sebab cleanser ni dia deep clean kan so kotoran tu dah hilang and jerawat surut sedikit demi sedikit. Dulu i tak cuci muka satu hari sebab tak ada masa. Bangun pagi je ada jerawat kecik-kecik macam pori-pori tersumbat. Agaknya minyak dah tersumbat dalam pori. I guna cleanser ni, sekali dengan clay mask, tepek madu, dah okay. Dah hilang. Oh ya, i kadang-kadang tepek madu pada muka sebagai moisturizer. Maksudnya i takda la tak pakai moisturizer langsung. Haha. 

Dia punya tekstur cecair macam gel. Berbuih tu ya tapi tak banyak. Bagi i tak banyak la. Bau wangi and warna cecair tu oren. Satu pump dah cukup nak bersihkan seluruh wajah. Dia boleh bertahan dalam 5/6 bulan depends pada kekerapan anda menggunakannya. So i finally found a cleanser yang sesuai! Yeayyyy. Lepas ni memang repeat yang ni je. Kalau cleanser i jenis pemalas nak mencuba produk tu produk ni. So just stick to Neutrogena. Lain lah moisturizer, i suka tukar-tukar. Alrite dats all from meh! Chaw!
